The 100 Series is a versatile low cost mount that serves a wide variety of process control and vessel weighing applications. The suspended self-centering design allows for height adjustment and movement of the vessel in all directions. Capacities range from 250 lbs. To 10,000 lbs. The 100 Series mount are self-contained and eliminate the need for check rods. Bumpers may be required where major movement is anticipated.

SPECIFICATION

The best positioning of 100 Series mount assemblies is shown above in diagram 1-4. The long axis of the load cell should point in line with any recurring force. Such as a Conveyor or Tank Scale. This will allow the least restricted vessel movement and allow for thermal expansion and contraction.
