“ETHB”-Series Hermetically Sealed Strain Gauge Load cells systems

The “ETHB” hermetically sealed strain gauge load cells are ideal for heavy wash down  applications.

The “ETHB” systems come complete with 3-way checking, all stainless steel construction, and sealed cable

connection that prevents moisture from “wicking” up into the area where the strain gauge is applied to the load cell flexure.

Finally the “ETHB” systems are available with both Stainless steel and painted mild steel mounting structures to allow you to select the most cost effective approach to your application needs.

These unique load cell based weighing systems are ideal for use in the wettest of environments.  In heavy clean up sites or areas where moisture and high humidity are problems these units can accurately weigh any structure. 

Using the “ETHB-Series” on Tanks, Bins, and Hopper systems can convert these structures into high accuracy inventory control or process weigh systems.

Below is an example of Five (5) 60,000 lb inventory bins being converted into a SIMILTANEOUS BATCHING SYSTEM - These Grain bins were batching to 1lb accuracy in 500 lb packaged bags.

Each bin had four or eight load cells mounted under a frame assembly for structural support
