Low Profile - Heavy Duty Truck Scale with steel deck modules

Overall height 16-1/4 inches; 10ft, 11ft, and 12ft widths available

Scale lengths from 10 ft to 180 ft.  Multi-axle truck scale versions are available.

The standard truck scale weighbridge is made up of ¼” tread plate with an additional ¼” support material located under portions of the truck tire paths.  On heavy duty units (in high point load applications) an opt. 3/8” tread plate is available.  The weighbridge structure is constructed with up to fourteen 10” vertical support members.  These vertical supports provide a rigid and extra-strong structure for very long life cycles (see 5-year weighbridge warranty sheet for details).

Quality design is only one step in providing superior product.  The fabrication process of our weighbridge understructure is done with the latest in automatic welders and production equipment.  We employ only union welders and fabricators for our truck scale weighbridges.  Some of our personnel have over 20+ years experience with truck scale weighbridge construction.  All this experience means that specials for others are just part of standard duty for us.
